【摘 要】 目的：探讨乳腺钼靶X线摄影在早期乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法：以本院2017年6月至2020年6月接受早期乳腺癌筛查的600例患者为研究对象，均行乳腺彩超及乳腺钼靶X线摄影检查，最终以病理结果为诊断金标准，比较不同检查方法的诊断效果。结果：病理结果确诊早期乳腺癌337例，其他良性病变263例。乳腺彩超阳性检出率为87.54%，钼靶X线阳性检出率为98.52%(P<0.05)，乳腺钼靶X线的诊断敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值均显著高于乳腺彩超(P<0.05)。结论：与乳腺彩超相比，乳腺钼钯X的阳性检出率及诊断效能更高。
