【摘 要】根据相关文献查阅及临床实践发现中医对恶性肿瘤的辨证虽然繁多但根本证型无外乎虚、痰、瘀、毒四种，而基于以上四大证型可以制定出比较清晰明了的治疗方法。对于恶性肿瘤病人的全身症状治疗可以抓住问题本质，解决主要矛盾，缓解病人痛苦，为临床肿瘤的治疗提供一定思路。
