【摘 要】目的：研究克氏针张力带内固定方法治疗髌骨横行骨折的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析自2011年6月至2014年6月期间收治的30例髌骨骨折患者资料，所有患者均为髌骨横行骨折，均采用克氏针张力带内固定手术方法。观察并记录骨折临床愈合时间、患膝术后功能恢复情况，评价临床疗效。结果：全部患者均获得随访，骨折均骨性愈合，膝关节功能评价：优24例，良6例。结论：克氏针张力带内固定方法治疗髌骨横行骨折疗效肯定，手术操作简便，固定牢靠，术后早期功能锻炼，符合快速康复理念。
