【摘 要】目的：探讨生肌散联合贝复济治疗II期压疮的临床疗效。方法：将40例II期压疮患者随机分为实验组(n=20)和对照组(n=20)。实验组采用生肌散联合贝复济治疗压疮创面，对照组单用贝复济治疗，治疗14天后，观察两组疗效、治愈时间。结果：两组治疗均能促进压疮愈合，治疗组有效率100%，对照组有效率85%，具有显著差异(P<0.05)，且治疗组治愈时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：生肌散联合贝复济治疗II期压疮效果确切，疗程短。
