【摘 要】目的：探究与分析柴芍六君加减治疗肝郁脾虚型反流食管炎的作用效果。方法：选取我院70例肝郁脾虚型反流食管炎患者，随机分为2组，对照组给予雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊治疗，观察组给予柴芍六君加减治疗，对比疗效。结果：观察组中医证候评分更低，食管黏膜内镜下病变程度更加显著(P<0.05)。结论：柴芍六君加减治疗肝郁脾虚型反流食管炎的作用效果显著。
