【摘 要】建立海南裸花紫珠HPLC指纹图谱，为其真伪鉴别和质量控制提供依据。方法： HPLC色谱条件： Thermo Acclaim TM 120 C18 5μm 120A(250 mm×4.60mm)色谱柱，以乙腈-0.1%甲酸为流动相梯度洗脱，流速1.0ml/min，柱温：35℃，检测波长332nm，进样量：10μl。结果：以16批裸花紫珠样品的11个峰为共有峰评价指标，建立裸花紫珠的HPLC指纹图谱测定方法，相似度较好。结论：该方法可用于该药材的鉴别及质量控制。
