【摘 要】目的：探讨益气活血法对局灶性脑缺血大鼠神经功能及BrdU的影响。方法：采用大脑中动脉线栓法建立右侧局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型，将动物随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组和补阳还五汤组，腹腔注射Brdu，分别于1d、7d、14d和28d处死动物，采用免疫组织化学法观察Brdu表达情况。结果：正常脑内存在一定的BrdU阳性细胞，脑缺血后表达迅速增加，7天达高峰，然后逐渐下降；补阳还五汤可显著增强BrdU的表达，在第7d、14d时明显多于其它各组(P<0.05)，用药7、14d，补阳还五汤组降低神经功能积分作用与其它用药组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：益气活血法可促进局灶性脑缺血大鼠缺血区BrdU的表达及神经功能恢复。
