【摘要】目的：探究胸腰椎骨折术后腹胀便秘的中西医结合护理干预策略。方法：选择我院2015年9月至2017年9月收治的患者62例作为实验调研对象，分组观察患者胸椎骨折术后便秘腹胀症状的缓解效果。结果：应用中西医结合护理的胸腰椎骨折术患者术后首次排便时间更短、腹胀状况较轻，P<0.05.结论：胸腰椎骨折术后腹胀便秘的中西医结合护理干预临床应用价值较高。
