【摘要】目的：分析观察新生儿黄疸蓝光照射治疗中应用优质护理取得的效果与安全性。方法：选我院2018年4月至2019年4月接诊的黄疸新生儿60例。按照随机数表分组法将患儿分为两组，对照组和观察组患儿数量都为30例。所有患儿均采取蓝光照射治疗，对照组和观察组患儿分别展开常规性护理方法与优质护理模式。分析不同护理措施取得的临床效果。结果：护理前检测所有患儿的血清胆红素水平，对照组和观察组并无区别，护理后检测血清胆红素水平，观察组患儿明显低于对照组，数据差异对比P<0.05，具有统计学意义;对比两组患儿住院时间与不良反应发生率，观察组患儿住院时间更短，不良反应发生率更低，数据差异P<0.05，符合统计学意义。结论：黄疸新生儿采用蓝光照射期间予以优质护理措施可快速降低血清胆红素水平，缩短住院时间，有效降低不良反应发生率。
