【摘要】目的：探讨舒适护理对晚期恶性肿瘤患者护理的效果。方法：将我院2019年1月到2019年12月的80例晚期恶性肿瘤患者，根据护理方法差异分组，对照组实施了常规护理，实验组实施舒适护理。比较效果。结果：實验组的满意度是100%(40/40)，对照组则是80%(32/40)，χ2=6.933，P=0.005<0.05。实验组舒适度评分、住院时间93.85±1.01分、9.44±3.41d优于对照组，t分别是6.284、7.832，P<0.05。实验组并发症发生率2.5%低于对照组25.0%，χ2=8.032，P=0.003<0.05。结论：晚期恶性肿瘤患者实施舒适护理效果确切。
