【摘要】目的：观察心脏康复护理对心梗介入治疗后患者心理状态的影响。方法：选择我院收治的88例心肌梗死行介入治疗的患者，并随机分为对照组与观察组各44例，两组患者采用同种手术治疗和不同护理方式，比较两组患者护理后的HAMA、HAMD评分以及对护理的满意度评价。结果：护理之后观察组患者的HAMA、HAMD评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)，且护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在心梗介入治疗后对患者进行心脏康复护理，能有效改善患者的心理状态，提高患者满意度，值得推广应用。

    [Abstract] Objective： To observe the effect of cardiac rehabilitation nursing on the psychological state of patients after interventional treatment of myocardial infarction. Methods： 88 patients with myocardial infarction treated in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 44 cases each.
