    摘要Shell粉煤气化炉汽水系统采用废热锅炉流程，因其副产蒸汽温度过低，若直接并入中压蒸汽管网将造成合成压缩机紧急停车。从提升蒸汽品质和各压力段蒸汽平衡方面进行全局考虑，设置加热炉，使副产蒸汽品质得到提高，从而实现了Shell粉煤气化炉副产的蒸汽全部并网。

    AbstractThe steam- water system of Shell pulverized coal gasifier adopts waste heat boiler procedure, because of low temperature of its byproduct steam, it will cause emergency stopping of the synthesis compressor if the steam merges into medium pressure steam piping network directly. Considering from aspects of promoting steam quality and steam balance in each pressure stage, a heating furnace is installed, it increases the steam quality, and entire byproduct steam of Shell pulverized coal gasifier merging into piping network is realized. ......
