    摘要介绍了整体煤气化联合循环(IGCC)技术的工艺流程与优点。针对与国内某15 000 kt/a油品项目配套的制氢装置,对锅炉方案与IGCC方案的工艺装置规模、原料煤和燃料煤用量、用电负荷、废水和废气排放量、装置投资、财务评价指标等进行了全面比较。比较结果表明,该项目选择锅炉方案较为适宜。

    AbstractThe process flow and advantages of integrated gasification combined cycle (IGCC) is introduced. In connection with the hydrogen preparation unit, which is supporting facility of a domestic 15 000 kt/a oil product project, a comprehensive comparison is carried out of unit scale, quantities of feed coal and bunker coal, electrical load, discharge of waste water and exhaust gas, unit investment and financial evaluating indices of boiler project and IGCC project. The results of comparison show that the boiler project is a suitable choice for this project. ......
