    太原市某社区居民健康档案建立的实践与思考

    [摘要]目的：通过社区居民健康档案的建立，合理有效地对健康档案进行管理，发挥社区卫生服务中心服务职能的重要作用。方法：通过义诊、入户随访等方式逐步建立和完善居民健康档案，并由纸质档案向电子档案过渡，提高工作效率，增强信息的及时性和共享性。结果：社区居民健康档案的数量和质量都得到了提高。结论：完善的社区居民健康档案，便于有针对性地开展社区卫生服务。

    Practice and Reflection on Establishing Resident Health Files in a Certain Community in Taiyuan City

    [ABSTRACT]Objective: Through the establishment of community resident health files, the management of health records are reasonably and effectively performed, and community health service center have played an important role. Methods: By way of free clinics, home follow-ups, the community health files were gradually established and improved, and the transition from paper files to electronic files was carried out. The timeliness and the sharing of information were improved efficiently and enhanced. Result: The quality and quantity of community resident health files had been greatly improved. Conclusion: Through the efforts of all the parties as soon as possible, paying much attention to the problems of community resident health files management, it is completely promising to establish and improve community health records, and strict management and effective use of targeted community health services. ......
