血栓通联合前列地尔治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效评价(2)
本组资料显示， 血栓通注射液联合前列地尔注射液治疗DN，24h-Upro、UAE、BUN、SCr降低优于对照组，血液流变学指标测定、血脂控制情况也优于对照组。由此可见，前列地尔与血栓通联用有协同作用，是治疗DN 较为有效的方法，对早期糖尿病肾病取得的临床疗效比血栓通单药治疗效果显著。
