摘要：全世界约有1.4亿人生活在海拔2500m以上的高原地区，探索防治高原病的安全有效措施对保障高原居民和部队军事的身体健康及作业能力等具有重要价值。本研究探寻到几种多能干细胞并对其防治高原反应的潜质进行了探讨。结果指示应用这些干细胞移植来防治高原反应在理论上是有效可行的且潜质巨大。本综述为今后的临床研究提供了理论依据。

    The Review on the Application of Stem Cells for High Altitude Sickness Prevention and Treatment

    [Abstract] About 140 million people around the world live in the high-altitude area with an altitude of more than 2500m. It is of great value to explore the safe and effective means to prevent and treat high altitude sickness for the health and operational capability of plateau residence and army. In this study several potential stem cells were found and the potential for preventing and treating altitude hypoxic reaction was discussed. The results indicate that the application of the stem cells transplantation in preventing and treating high altitude reaction is theoretically effective and significant.
