摘要：目的：探讨优质护理对高原地区结核性胸膜炎患者生活质量及满意度的影响。方法：随机将50例高原地区结核性胸膜炎患者分为对照组和观察组，分别给予常规护理和优质护理，比较两组治疗临床疗效、护理后患者生活质量评分变化情况，以及患者对护理服务满意度。结果：与对照组相比，观察组治疗的总有效率、护理后生活质量评分、患者对护理服务满意度均明显增高，P<0.05。结论：对于高原地区结核性胸膜炎患者，优质护理能够明显提高治疗的临床疗效，提升患者的生活质量及满意度。
