摘要：目的：探讨全方位护理对改善股骨颈骨折便秘患者的临床效果；方法：选取2015.6-2016.6我院收治的股骨颈骨折便秘患者88例，以抽签分组方式进行分组，每组44例，对照组采取常规护理方法，实验组采取全方位护理方法，然后对比两组患者护理后的效果。结果：相比对于对照组，实验组患者的护理效果明显较高，2组比对差异P<0.05。结论：在股骨颈骨折便秘患者护理中予以全方位护理具有满意的临床效果，值得应用和推广。
