摘要：目的：观察人性化护理在耳鼻喉手术患者中的临床应用效果。方法：选择2016年3月-2017年4月期间在我院接受耳鼻喉手术的患者52例作为研究对象，随机划入观察组和对照组，分别接受人性化护理和常规护理，比较两组患者的焦虑抑郁评分、疼痛评分与护理满意度。结果：观察组患者焦虑、抑郁、疼痛评分均低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：人性化护理在耳鼻喉手术患者中的应用效果显著，值得临床应用与推广。
