摘要：目的：了解上海市长宁区2014～2016年围产儿出生缺陷情况，并对出生缺陷的主要相关因素进行分析，为探索针对性解决方案提供参考。方法：对长宁区2014～2016年监测医院的围产儿出生缺陷资料进行回顾性分析。结果：长宁区2014～2016年间围产儿出生缺陷发生率为9.11‰，前3位出生缺陷类型依次为外耳其他畸形、多指、尿道下裂；男性围产儿的出生缺陷发生率较高，城镇围产儿出生缺陷发生率较高；出生缺陷发生率与产妇年龄成正比，且产妇年龄在35岁以上时出生缺陷发生率最高。结论：长宁区出生缺陷发生率呈上升趋势，应做好出生缺陷监测工作，积极开展三级预防，采取综合干预措施，降低出生缺陷的发生率。
