摘要：目的：比较64层CT与常规血管造影在诊断冠状动脉狭窄上的准确性。方法：对我院于2016.1-2017.12收治的195例疑似冠心病患者进行64层CT和常规血管造影检查，以常规血管造影诊断结果为准判断64层CT诊断的准确性。结果：此195例患者中，经64层CT诊断敏感度为95.45%，特异度为98%。结论：64层CT诊断冠状动脉狭窄的准确性较高，可以为临床治疗提供诊断依据。
