摘要：目的 调查某三甲医院护生自我和谐状态情况及探讨可能影响因素。方法 采用自我和谐量表进行问卷调查。整群采样，运用问卷星软件进行问卷设计与编制，通过微信填答与收发，SPSS软件进行数据整理与分析。结果 不同因素间得分比較P值均大于0.05，这与许多相关文献报道的结果有所差异。结论 相关影响因素需进一步探讨。心理学量表常模值或许存在时效性。
