摘要：目的 探讨血液灌流串联血液透析治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的护理。 方法 选取本院在2017年8月到2018年8月的32例血液灌流串联血液透析治疗尿毒症皮肤瘙痒的患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字法将患者分为观察组与对照组。对照组16例，采用常规的护理方法；观察组16例，采用全面的护理方法。观察两组患者的治疗效果。 结果 在本次探究中，采用了全面护理的患者的治疗效果明显优于采用了常规护理方法的患者，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 对患者实行全面护理可以明显地提高患者的治疗效果，效果理想。
