摘要：目的：研究针对性护理对老年髋骨关节置换术患者术后并发症的预防及护理效果。方法：选取我院2017年1月-2018年9月168例老年患者髋骨关节置换术患者，随机分为研究组和对照组，研究组加用针对性护理，对照组利用传统护理，比较两组术后并发症发病率、护理效果差异。结果研究组Harris评分优良率95.23%，并发症发病率1.19%，护理满意度100%，对照组Harris评分优良率82.14%，并发症发病率8.33%，护理满意度77.38%，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年患者接受髋骨关节置换术后的并发症相对较多，利用针对性护理能够明确减少术后并发症发病率，值得推广。
