摘要：目的 分析并研究喉罩麻醉在小儿疝气手术中应用效果。方法 选取医院外科收治的行疝氣手术治疗患儿86例，通过随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各43例，观察组给予喉罩麻醉，对照组给予气管插管麻醉，比较2组手术不同时点平均动脉压(MAP)、心率及麻醉不良反应。结果 T1时2组患者MAP、心率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。T2、T3及T4时观察组MAP、心率均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为2.33%低于对照组的16.28%，差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.96，P<0.05)。
