摘要：目的：研究舒适护理对儿科急诊患者输液的作用。方法：选取我院2018年1-12月168例患儿，随机分实验组、对比组，实验组舒适护理，对比组传统输液护理，比较两组输液舒适度。结果：实验组不良事件3.67%，成功率89.28%，对比组不良事件9.52%，成功率77.38%，对比差异显著，两组护理满意度评分有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：儿科利用舒适护理能够减少患者输液期间的不适感，值得临床应用。
