摘要：目的：探讨慢性胃炎治疗中应用三联疗法根除Hp的可行性。方法：对比分析常规治疗组和三联疗法根除组在慢性胃炎治疗中的疗效。结果：三联疗法根除组慢性胃炎疗效高于常规治疗组，症状积分、疼痛程度以及生活质量相比较常规治疗组更好，P<0.05。三联疗法根除组和常规治疗组不良反应相似，P>0.05。三联疗法根除组根除Hp以及相关临床表现消失时间和常规治疗组比较有优势，P<0.05。结论：三联疗法根除Hp治疗慢性胃炎效果确切，可获得理想效果。
