摘要：目的：探讨情景式健康教育在全脑血管造影术(DSA)患者中的应用效果。方法：选取我院收治的90例DSA患者，纳入时间为2017年1月～2018年12月。将其随机分成2组：常规健康教育45例作为对照组，情景式健康教育45例作为试验组，评定手术效果。结果：试验组治疗依从性优良率为93.3%，高于对照组的77.8%;试验组并发症发生2例(4.4%)，低于对照组的8例(17.8%)，差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：DSA患者实施情景式健康教育，能提高治疗依从性，减少术后并发症，值得推广。
