生长抑素治疗急性消化道大出血的临床研究

【摘 要】目的 观察持续泵注入生长抑素治疗急性下消化道大出血的疗效。方法 治疗组的80例患者在使用止血药基础上均给予生长抑素治疗,持续使用3～5d。对照组的60例患者仅给予止血剂。结果 治疗组80例中,77例出血停止,仅3例无效。未发现明显毒副作用。对照组60例中,38例48 h内止血,22例48 h内未止血。结论 生长抑素对急性下消化道大出血的治疗有重要价值,值得临床推广应用。
