腰椎间盘突出围手术期康复护理
【摘 要】目的 总结对腰椎间盘突出症开放术式的适应证、疗效、影响疗效的因素及围手术期康复护理体会。方法 对70例腰椎间盘突出手术患者术前加强心理康复指导及术后功能锻炼,尤其是背肌功能锻炼、出院的康复指导等。结果 缩短了住院时间,70例患者术后3年随访,优良率达96.5%。结论 及时、正确的围手术期康复护理可促进术后康复,减少术后并发症,开放手术治疗是安全的,且疗效显著,可提高患者生活质量。【关键词】腰椎间盘突出 围手术期康复护理

【Abstract 】Objective To evaluate the right lumbar disc herniation open surgical indications, efficacy, impact factors and the efficacy of perioperative rehabilitation nursing experience. Methods 70 patients with lumbar disc herniation preoperative psychological rehabilitation to strengthen the guidance and postoperative functional exercise, functional exercises, especially back muscles, discharged from the rehabilitation guidance. Results The shortened hospital stay, 70 patients after 3 years follow-up, the fine rate was 96.5%.
