    【摘要】为探讨低位直肠癌患者行直肠全系膜切除(TME)根治术的临床疗效，我们对直肠癌全直肠系膜切除术30例的治疗资料进行了回顾行分析，通过跟踪治疗和随访，行Dixone手术21例，行Miles手术9例。术后出现并发症吻合口出血2例，吻合口漏3例，切口感染1例。术后随访1～5年，局部复发率为10%，5年生存率53.3%。结果表明，直肠全系膜切除术只要完善患者病情的术前评估，严格合理地选择手术适应证，是降低直肠癌局部复发和转移的有效措施， 并且可以提高直肠癌手术保肛率，提高生活质量。

    Total Mesorectal Excision in Treatment of Low Rectal Cancer : Clinical Analysis of 30 Cases.ZHENG Tian-shu,WANG Chang.(Yingshan County Hospital of Chinese Medicine Surgery,Yingshan 438700,China)【Abstract】For low rectal carcinoma patients undergoing total mesorectal excision ( TME ) radical prostatectomy for clinical efficacy, we on total mesorectal excision for rectal cancer in 30 cases in the treatment of data of a retrospective analysis, by tracking the treatment and follow-up, Dixone operation in 21 cases, 9 cases underwent Miles operation. The postoperative complications of anastomotic bleeding in 2 cases, anastomotic leakage in 3 cases, incision infection in 1 cases. After a follow-up of 1 to 5 years, the local recurrence rate was 10%, 5 year survival rate of 53.3%. The results show that, total mesorectal excision as long as the perfect condition of patients with preoperative assessment, strict and rational selection of operation indications, is to reduce local recurrence of rectal cancer and metastasis of effective measures, and can improve the operation of rectal carcinoma anus preserving rate, improve the quality of life.. ......
