摘要： 目的 为了避免传娆的面部提紧术所产生的头皮囊采、 脱发、 创伤太、 恢复时间长等堆以避免的不 良反
应。方法 采用发际内徽小切口入路抒额颡部潜抒分离. 将松垂的皮肤噩筋膜上移、 捉紧. 舒展皱纹， 切除或砬坏形
成皱纹的肌肉。结果 临牵应用7 1 制。 其中单纯导针埋线法颠部提紧术 1 8制， 徽小切口入路颠部捉紧术 2 6倒， 额
颢部捉紧术2 7制。经随访。 效果满意。 未出现头皮瘢采、 脱发等并发症 结论 导针埋线法额颠部捉紧术具有操作
简单、 创伤较轻、 恢复较快、 切口徽小、 束后不留或少留手术瘢采、 面部除鲮效果确切等优点. 且可在门母进行。
