【摘要】 目的 了解医学生的上网状况，探讨影响医学生网络成瘾的因素，为采取干预措施提供依据。 方法 采用分层整群抽样方法对404名医学生进行自填问卷调查。 结果 医学生上网成瘾率为1.49%，网络成瘾倾向率为25.25%，超过40%的学生每周上网时间超过5h。经多因素Logistic回归分析，网络成瘾及其倾向与性别、年级、社交焦虑、生活负性事件等有关联。 结论 医学生网络成瘾状况值得重视，应针对影响因素采取相应的干预措施。
