产科急性弥漫性血管内凝血的诊治探讨

【摘 要 】 目的: 探讨产科急性弥漫性血管内凝血 (D I C) 的诊断和治疗方法以降低其死亡率。方法: 对我院 1995～2005
年间产科急性 D I C资料进行回顾性分析。结果: ①1995～2005年间我院共发生产科急性 D I C 37例 , 发病率为 012%。其中 35例
抢救成功 , 2例死亡; ② 早期诊断 , 积极治疗原发病 , 及时去除病因 , 抗休克 , 补充血容量 , 选择性使用肝素是成功抢救产科急
性 D I C的关键措施。结论: 产科急性 D I C救治中 , 重视胎盘早剥、前置胎盘及产后出血等原发病的防治 , 早期诊断 , 正确规范
治疗 , 可进一步降低该病死亡率。
