    乳腺超声检查的新视角一哺乳期超声普查的价值

    摘 要 目的： 研究哺乳期乳腺生理解剖与声像阿的关系， 及超声普查哺乳期乳腺的价值。 方法： 用高频彩超

    检查分娩 4 天纠一年内。哺乳期乳腺 6 o例 1 2 0只乳房；离体乳汁声像图模拟试验。结果 ：哺乳期激乳素使乳腺小叶

    增生肥太，乳汁不断分泌、贮存； 声像图见乳房增大，脂肪变薄 ； 乳腺呈相对低回声与较密欠均匀、中小粗点状、 结

    节状的高回声奎融，成弥漫的雾状。乳汁充盈输乳管回声多样。 乳头的多种组织结掏与弹性肌束，形成密集，细小，点状 ，中高 与相对低回声。乳汁充足血管丰富，流速快，R I 低；乳什不足血管细、少.流速低，砌 高。声学密度定

    量乳汁测值高于水， 低于乳腺间质， 乳头增高， 纤维斑块更高； 反映了组织结构的不同。 乳管内乳汁中脂肪滴缓缓流

    动为乳汁动力学表现。哺乳期乳腺结构异常回声 2 8 3 ( 3 4 / 1 2 0只) ， 输乳管排出受阻可致乳腺炎、输乳管扩张， 乳

    汁潴留等异常回声。 结论： 哺乳期乳腺超声表现与生理解剖及乳汁分泌关系密切； 超声普查对指导母乳喂养、 防治乳

    腺病变有根大价值。
