一、针 刀 医 学 的 定 义
The definition of acupotomology
针刀医学是将中医和西医的部分基础理论融合为一体,再创造而形成的一种新的医学理论体系。
Acupotomology, a fusion of the basic theories of traditional Chinese and modern western medicine, has formed a complete system of medical science. This is a revolution in the medical field. Moreover, it symbolizes a new era in the medical science.
针刀医学理论体系由四个基础理论组成
The basic theory can be divided into four parts
针刀医学有四个基本理论，可以说是这一新学科的精髓和基石，针刀医学的一切诊疗都离不开这四个基本理论作为指导和根据，针刀医学之所以对临床上许多常见的疑难病能取得特殊的疗效，都是由于这四个基本理论所阐明的新的病因、病理机制和操作技术的结果，这四个基本理论是：
1， 关 于 闭 合 性 手 术 理 论

一、关于闭合性手术的理论
the theory concerning closed surgery
闭合性手术是近代医学一直都在追求的理想，但是由于都没能建立起一套闭合性手术的理论而未能实现，在开放性手术的理论指导下是不能进行闭合性手术的，即使勉强进行也难以成功。针刀医学从八个方面建立了闭合性手术的基本理论与方法，使闭合性手术进入了可以操作的阶段，这是针刀治疗技术在近20年迅速发展的根本条件和原因。这套理论包括以下主要内容

针刀医学系统地提出了慢性软组织损伤的概念、范围，通过对软组织损伤的各种形式和病理变化过程的研究，发现慢性软组织损伤的根本病因是人体动态平衡失调(Imbalance of dynamic equilibrium, the root cause of chronic soft-tissue lesions )，而造成动态平衡失调有四种基本的病理因素，即粘连、挛缩、疤痕和堵塞。
