埋线垂 睑术并发症的原 因分析及其处理

摘要 目的 探讨埋线重睑术并发症的原因及其处理。方法 回顾本科 5年间共埋线重睑术 1 2 1 4例 。 出现并
发症的 1 7 7例( 占埋线重睑术的 1 4 . 5 %) ， 分析其形成的原因 ， 并讨论了治疗方法 。结果 1 7 7例患者产生的并发症
主要有 ： 重睑线双侧不对称 ， 重睑线变浅或消失 。 线结外露 。 上睑紧缩及异物感 ， 上睑下垂， 皮下异物性结节 ， 三眼皮 ，上睑皱襞过高畸形 。 排斥反应， 上脸皮肤肉芽肿等。经过手术修整。 效果满意。结论 埋线重睑术虽然术式简单。 操
作容易 ， 但操作不当仍有一定比例的并发症。 应引起高度重视。
