    穴位埋线治疗阿尔茨海默病临床观察

    [ 摘 要] 目的： 观察穴位埋线治疗阿尔茨海默病( AD) 的临床疗效。方法： 将 2 6例轻 中度 AD 患者

    按 配对方法分为穴位埋线组和穴位刺激组， 穴位埋线组分别在神 门、丰 隆、太溪和足 三里进行埋

    线， 穴位刺激组用相 同操作方法刺激穴位 ， 但埋线针不穿入羊肠线， 每个月治疗 1次， 共治疗 6次。

    运用神经心理学量表对 2组治疗前后进行评分， 并对结果进行统计分析 。结果： 穴位埋线组治疗后

    评分与 治 疗 前 评 分 比，简 易精 神 状 态 量表 ( MMS E)治 疗后 评 分 较 治 疗 前 评 分 显 著 升 高

    ( P <0 . 0 1 ) ，阿 尔茨海 默病 认 知评 价 量 表 ( A DAS - C o g ) 治 疗后 评 分较 治疗 前 评 分 显著 降低

    ( P <0 . 0 1 ) ， 日常生活能力量表( ADL ) 治疗前后评分比较差异无显著性意义( P<0 . 0 5 ) 。2组治疗

    后评分比较，穴位埋线组 MMS E评分显著高于穴位刺激组( P<0 . 0 1 ) ，穴位埋线组 ADAS - Co g评

    分比穴位刺激组显著性降低( P<0 . 0 5 ) ，2组治疗后 ADL评分比较差异无显著性意义。结论： 穴位

    埋线提高了 AD痴呆患者认知能力及病人的依从性 ， 为针 灸治疗老年痴呆提供 了新的方法。
