    精索静脉曲张致不育症涉及到内分泌、免疫、代

    谢产物反流、温度变化等[1 ]

    ,但均不能完全解释其

    机制。综合近几年来的文献 ,我们对其影响部位和

    环节进行综述如下。

    1 影响睾丸

    动物实验研究表明 ,精索静脉曲张时睾丸组织

    中脂质过氧化物(L PO)含量升高 ,损伤睾丸生精细

    胞和亚细胞膜 ,致其功能障碍[2 ] ......
